Service Packages

Your Protection Levels

Choose the protection level that suits your facility and your risk profile. Each package defines availability, response times, and the level of support—transparent and with fixed costs.

Starting with the Standard protection level, ReyCare meets the regulatory requirements for critical infrastructure in Switzerland and Germany.

Here’s how the protection levels work:

  • Connect: Basic coverage with response when needed. Ideal for facilities with a low risk of failure and scheduled maintenance cycles—for example, auxiliary facilities or systems with redundant backup.
  • Standard: Fast response times, access to the service portal, and reliable support during business hours. Recommended for systems where an outage would have significant consequences for production or delivery schedules.
  • Advanced: Extended availability from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM, active system monitoring with data logging & alerts, and regular check-ups. The right choice for production facilities with high utilization and multi-shift operations.
  • Premium: 24/7 support, 365 days a year—including weekends and holidays. Maximum priority, proactive monitoring, and the fastest response times. For critical processes and infrastructure where every minute of downtime counts.
