On August 20, it was that time again. For the second time, we opened our doors in Sirnach for the Rey Technology Forum. People from the IT, industrial, and energy sectors came together to exchange ideas, discuss topics, and make new connections. That’s exactly why we do this.
Five keynote presentations addressed the major issues of our time. They covered Europe’s economic situation, how we as a company can navigate the challenges of the modern era, and industrial digitization, energy efficiency, and smart intralogistics. Björn Rosenplänter from STIHL Kettenwerk and Dr. Ronald Ivancic from OST University of Applied Sciences Eastern Switzerland opened the event with two presentations that left a lasting impression. They were followed by Lukas Naef from iDIP Solution, Benedikt Moser from Eproplan, and Michael Schüpbach from Frei Fördertechnik. We all took one message home with us: Europe has nothing to hide as long as we remain innovative and rely on a well-trained workforce.
Between the presentations, the focus shifted to the trade show. At the booths of Copa-Data, Eproplan, Frei Fördertechnik, HYDAC, iDIP Solution, Rey Technology, Satomec, SICK, Siemens, and the Technology Forum, participants engaged in conversation, discussed specific solutions, and strengthened existing contacts. The afternoon concluded in a pleasant atmosphere during the reception that followed.
