As a ReyCare member, you benefit from personalized support, prioritized response to malfunctions, and predictable service costs—rather than unexpected downtime and anonymous support.
Protection Levels
Depending on the criticality of your facility and your requirements, you can choose from four protection levels: Connect, Standard, Advanced, and Premium. They differ in terms of availability, response time, and scope of services—ranging from basic coverage to 24/7 support, including data logging, alarms, and regular check-ups. Starting with the Standard level, ReyCare meets the regulatory requirements for critical infrastructure in Switzerland and Germany.

The browser-based service portal is the central hub for remote maintenance, support requests, and system documentation—accessible at any time, clear, and secure.
