We are pleased to announce an important change: Rey Automation AG and Rey Informatik AG are merging.
This brings together what has long belonged together: OT and IT – automation and information technology – united in one strong company.
The two companies were already operating under the Rey Technology brand. The merger now also brings about a formal and organizational merger.

With this merger, we are creating the following for our customers:

What is changing?
- The former companies Rey Automation AG and Rey Informatik AG were transferred to Rey Technology AG on July 1, 2025.
- Documents such as invoices, quotations, or contracts will appear under Rey Technology AG in the future.
- For former customers of Rey Informatik, the VAT number and bank details will change (see respective communication).
What remains the same?
- Your usual contact persons can still be reached at the familiar contact details.
- All existing contracts and agreements remain valid.
- Our location, our values, and our commitment to quality remain unchanged.
- Everything remains as usual at our Freiburg (Germany) location.
The merger strengthens our position as a full-service provider for the digital and automated future in industry, energy, infrastructure, and beyond.
